Murchison Offroad Adventures

Murchison Offroad Adventures is a 300 000 acre 4WD and Adventure park set on the banks of the Majestic Murchison River, first established in 1852 as a pastoral station recent times has seen it develop into an unrivaled play ground for people of all ages.  It's everything from a blokes weekend to a family friendly property!

Being the only  4wd and Adventure park in WA and also claiming the title of Australias biggest 4wd Park, we have every terrain type imaginable for your driving pleasure. With hundreds of kilometres of tracks from easy paced scenic river tracks, to heart racing extreme tracks. From natural terrains to man made obstacle courses. Did we mention Mud! .... Extreme mud runs, Mud drags, Glory holes, Tyre mountain, the list goes on and on. We have something to cater for all 4wd types. Motorbikes, quads, buggys, all welcome.

The main camp grounds are situated right next to the Dirt Dust –n-Diesels Bar and Grill, facilities include a permanent shelter, swings for the kids, hot showers and flushing toilets

We have a number of isolated campsites right on the banks of the Murchison River. We have sites ranging in size to cater for small to large groups, some sites have  toilets and bins others are bush retreats with no facilities. Regardless of where you stay, the main camp grounds with flushing toilets and hot showers are just a short distance away. 

Surrounded by lovely shady ghost and river gums, sit and relax listening to the river flow by and watch for the local wildlife to pass by, Big Red and Western Grey kangaroos, Emus, Bungaraas, Thorny Devils, Red and White tail Cockatoos, Pink and Grey Gallahs, The endangered Major Mitchells and plenty more. Dogs and Campfires are welcome. Sorry NO chainsaws.

The turn off to Murchison Offroad Adventures is located 12kms north of the Kalbarri/Ajana road on the North west coastal Hwy. This road is called Coolcalalaya road and has a brown and white tourism sign with Murchison Offroad on it, we are located 55kms down this dirt road. Coolcalalaya road is a well maintained dirt road suitable for 2wd and caravans
