Midskinrick Lodge is one of two newly constructed units situated on 40 acres of selectively-cleared land on the southern bank of Baffle Creek. Located 15 km from Rosedale, 70 km from Bundaberg and 140 km from Gladstone, Midskinrick Lodge is  perfectly situated for a relaxing family vacation or to launch your fishing expedition on Baffle Creek.

This spacious, fully self contained unit comfortably accommodates 10 people, with three bedrooms – two queen rooms and one with  bunks, a double sofa/bed in the media room and another queen in the second lounge. A large kitchen, two separate lounge areas, a huge home theatre, two bathrooms and laundry make this fully air-conditioned residence the place to relax and refresh.

A fireplace, barbeque and small sandpit are features of the enclosed child and pet friendly garden.

Year round safe swimming is available in the large, spring-fed dam that lays 30 metres from your front door.

A concrete boat ramp 500 metres from the house provides easy launching into the river, opening onto some of the best fishing along Baffle Creek.

The riverbank has an extensive mowed area for a variety of outdoor activities including camping/caravanning/ tenting – see below. Please Note:  No Dump Point on property. Closest are Bundaberg or Agnes Water.

A basic bush camp around the dam area with some shade. Fire pits, wood available on site. May need levellers as ground uneven. About 6kms of good gravel road in to the campground. Riverside camping area also.

This is a beautiful secluded bush camp on the banks of Baffle Creek. Facilities are basic, but adequate, and probably more comfortable if you are self contained. There are fire places and you can buy wood from the caretaker. There is a fair bit of dirt road to get there but was worth it once camped. We would go back for a quiet break away from it all. There is a boat ramp into the creek and we saw quite a few fish being caught.
