This free camping area is located on the banks of the Murray River.


To access this off the Murray Valley Highway, you need to turn east onto the unsealed Byrnes Lane. It has a maximum 7 day stay here.

The campsites are along 10kms of river front and there is also plenty of shady sites available as well.

The description is as stated on the opening page. A quiet place in mid September 2018. One can walk along the Murray under the river gums. Loads of firewood around. Level places to camp even for large setups. Great for overnight stays. Need to be self contained.
