Situated a short walk from the centre of Maleny, the Showgrounds offer travellers an attractive camping site on the banks of the Obi Obi creek. 

Maleny Showgrounds offers camping year-round (maximum 3 night stay), except during major events & seasonal blackout dates. Groups and caravanning clubs are welcome.

Reservations: General public/individual bookings not required. Clubs & Groups, please Email the Show Office.

Registration/Arrival: Register at the Show Office (Hill St) on arrival by completing the Registration Form, and placing in the after hours box, along with your nightly fee (Cash only).

Facilities: Showers/Toilets, Electricity, Water, and Dump Point

There are two options for shower and toilet, old typical show ground, or a very modern toilet and shower block.

Love coming to Maleny Showgrounds the only negative Is some people with there grey water hoses pointing towards the creek where there are platypus in the creek. One camper had a shower and just dumped it all over the grass.

Beautiful place to spend a day or two or more, easy walk to town.

Showground is flat & within walking distance of town. $25 per night with power. Showers $1 for 2 minutes.

Showgrounds is a handy spot to camp with most of the level parks below the grandstand. Showers and toilets are typical showgrounds but adequate. Pleasant forest walk from bottom of the grounds across the creek to the town shopping area. Groups often camp here so can be crowded. There are lots of others activities within the showgrounds to provide entertainment.
