Barn Hill Beach Side Station Stay is situated on a Kimberley Cattle Station overlooking the Indian Ocean. Just 50m walk from the ocean, it offers beachside accommodation with a country atmosphere.
It is located 128km south of Broome, in North Western Australia, and is 9km off the Great Northern Highway.
There is always plenty to do at Barn Hill, including fishing, swimming, lawn bowls, bbq nights, a craft corner, bingo, beach walking, the list goes on.
At Barn Hill there are several different types of accommodation. Our primary accommodation are powered and unpowered sites for caravans and campers. As the peak season is a popular time to visit Barn Hill, it is recommended to pre-book a site. Bookings for this period must be made prior to the commencement of the peak season.
We also have centrally located rammed earth huts that are fully self-contained, each with a small fridge, cooktop, cooking equipment, one double bed and two single beds and ablution blocks nearby.

Dependent on location, but 4 amps sites have restrictions. Power at Barn Hill is restricted as we must generate power ourselves, but we allow the use of lights, TV, video player, fans, bread makers, fridges, freezers, battery chargers and other small appliances. - Ablution Blocks

- Bait, Ice, Bread, Milk & Basic Food Lines
Barn Hill has a basic shop containing most staples, also ice-cream, cool drinks, gas and an assortment of other basic supplies. - Mail Service

There are some great sites to see, ask the Reception about walking to Barn Hill (the park's namesake) or Church Hill, or walking to 'The Pinnacles' (Barn Hill's own small version of this WA landmark.) - Lawned Bowling Green
Barn Hill's own bowling green is free of charge to be enjoyed by all. - Plentiful Wildlife
- BBQ Nights
Once a week in peak season (May - August) Barn Hill hosts a communal BBQ at the bowling green. Bring your chairs, table and food and catch up with everyone, or enjoy a friendly game of bowls.
