Situated on the banks of the Mitta Mitta River ( located on the Mitta North Rd between Eskdale & Mitta Mitta), the Katie Peters Reserve is ideally located for those seeking a day trip or overnight camping experience.

We stayed 6 nights. Lovely location beside the Mitta Mitta River. Easter was over so it was quiet. Both bushy & clear sites available. One clean drop toilet & no rubbish bins provided - but the area was very tidy. We used this as a base to explore Mitta Mitta & beyond. Really enjoyed the self-guided historic walks around Mitta Mitta. The brochure is available in the Mitta Mitta general store.

Great spot. Beside the river or on the large grass area. small to big rigs etc. Clean drop toilet. Bring own toilet paper.
