Facilities clean. Sites grassy. Good value.

Stayed in the bottom section, which is an easy walk to toilets. Very good value. Take your own tap fitting to the dump point as the council has stopped replacing the stolen tails. The caretaker collects fees late afternoon.

Great place with plenty of space and 2 real options to set up. Up the top (backing on to Douro St) looked OK and seemed to be where the majority of people stay. Its close to the amenities block and dump point. No shade up there and the surface looked well worn. We stayed in the lower section which was well grassed with scattered trees and plenty of room. Both power and water here though not every site will get both. I noticed in our power box that there were 5 outlets but only 1 was 15amp (not sure what the other boxes had). I would bring an amphibian adapter or similar just to be on the safe side. The amenities are typical of a showground, concrete a bit windy, but kept clean by Michael the Caretaker. Showers were nice and hot. If you stay in the lower section its a short walk to a second toilet block but probably 500m walk to the showers or dump point. It was very quiet and peaceful at night and only a short drive to the shops. Highly recommended!

Excellent spot to stay. Its not particularly flat, but everyone can find a spot. Plenty of room. The amenities are immaculate and are cleaned daily. The caretaker collects fees at 5 pm and is around throughout the day. Very quiet spot. Easy walk on footpaths in to town. Highly recommend it.
