This free overnight rest is set just off the highway with a row of trees between you and the highway. It is large, sealed and in a drive through layout. There are no facilities at all here.

At first this looks like a ordinary drive through bitumen strip mainly for trucks with no facilities but at the southern end of the bitumen there is access to the rear of the rest area with a good camp site removed from the rest area.

Bitumen road off highway, separated by trees. Some shade. Bins available but it would seem some people don’t believe in using them as there was slot of trash about. Only stopped here for a bite to eat. But it would be suitable for an overnighter.
