Leaders Creek is located within an hour’s drive of Darwin (Northern Territory) and is an ideal jump off point to the Vernons, Melville and Ruby Islands, Cape Hotham, the Blue Holes, Salt Water Arm and the mouth of the Adelaide River or 15Kms of sheltered waterways where you will find a wide range of tropical sportsfish and succulent mud crabs.

Go fishing and crabbing, or view the mangrove eco-system, safe in the knowledge that your belongings are secure.

Camping or Caravanning

Unpowered sites available with plenty of room for you car and boat.  There’s a fire pit in place for your camp fire and shared amenities nearby.

Our Budget 3m Eco Tents are a convenient option if you want to leave your tent at home—skip the put-up and pull-down, and have more time for fishing.  They also make a great extension to your caravan space.  As we are solar power and dependent at Leaders Creek Fishing Base.  We welcome Self-contained caravans and we’re generator friendly. 

Your pets are also welcome—let us know when you book if you would like to bring your 4 legged friend/s.

Air-conditioned Rooms

Basic air-conditioned rooms (bed lined provided).  Choose from double, twin share or quad rooms. There’s a communal kitchen with BBQ and plenty of seating/dining area.  Shared amenities block nearby and small kiosk for your convenience.
