Gulargambone is set on the banks of the Castlereagh River. This park is situated in a quiet street off the highway, surrounded by Jacaranda streets & well kept gardens with a variety of flowers & plants where something is in bloom all year round.

What a great country caravan park. The owners have travelled for 10 years before purchasing the park. All grass sites but that is not a problem as the grass is lush. Amenities are clean, with the showers all new fibreglass units with tile floors. The owners provide some nibbles at 5 pm everyday though many bring along a plate also. We have not experienced it, In winter it sees two roast nights cooked by the owners for a nominal fee. Thoroughly recommend stopping in and enjoying the locale and hospitality.

The best. Thank you Dave & Bernadette. Happy Hour around the campfire. Sunday and Wednesday night roast to die for. Our second year here. Real toilet paper, hand wash and paper towels. Support this Community. Great supporters of the Royal Flying Doctors. Tonight they have reached $10,000.00 from travellers. Come and enjoy.

Gulargambone was a great place to stay. We went to our first Happy Hour here. The amenities are very good. There is a yard full of various animals including a llama. We had a good coffee at 2828(named after the postcode). It’s great to help a small town (population around 400) stay alive.

All sites had really good grass coverage. One of the quirkiest dump points I’ve seen - a classic. It was booked out both nights we were there so we were glad we had booked ahead. We would stay here again.
