My guess is that this park was established in the ‘50’s for the Snowy Scheme. To me it appears that not £1 has been spent on it since. The toilet had high wall mounted cisterns that I have not seen since childhood. I thought there was no hot water in the shower and was about to take a cold plunge when I noticed that the plumbing was back to front and the right hand tap delivered hot water. Garbage bins were very scarce. We had a long walk to find them. I think the park has two only. We also learned another lesson. Don’t just ask for a powered site. Ask if it has water too. Ours did not. Our site was very noisy, being relatively close to the busy road. We delighted in heaven vehicles using their exhaust brakes down the hill. The park does have WiFi, but only in a small room adjacent to reception.

Lovely big drive thru site, very level and has ground cover. Amenities well appointed, clean but a tad bit dated. Big recreation room with big TV for watching sport.

I thought this place was tired and run down and unkempt. For $36 not great value. Even though the older ablution block was due to be refurbished is no reason not to keep it clean.

This park is what I regard as an excellent endorsement for free camps. The site we were placed on was really difficult to get level even with our ramps. There was rubbish on the ground and I wasn' t interested in cleaning up after paying the $35 for a lousy site

Very dated. In need of refurb. Amenities are shocking , dirty & inadequate for the cost. From the park side okay if not a bit unkempt.

Lovely big drive through sites. Friendly helpful staff. Park needs a bit of attention. Getting and looking old - clean amenities loos and laundry just needs sprucing up a bit.
