This large free campground is popular with campers and 4WDrivers. It is well known for being a great historical area to explore all the mining history. You can check out the remains of the old Copper Mine on the other side of the river.
It is located right next to the river and offers excellent swimming, fishing and bushwalking. The large sites are grassy and there is plenty of shade on offer if you require.
Here you will find toilets, picnic tables, fireplaces and dogs are allowed.
