Berry Park - NSW RVFT

Good facility for SCVs. Small area but there is parking across the road also (unpaved) and several vans are on a grassed area also opposite. Traffic noise. Central & convenient. Good free facility.

This RV parking area is really only suitable for small rigs and then only about four of them as the area is shared with angle parking cars. The facilities are good and the surrounding park land is pleasant but the site is very restricted.

Overnighted here pleasant spot on hard surface. There are public parks and sporting facilities around you so there is a fair bit of activity. It is close to town shop etc and OK for a night but not the sort of place I would choose to stay the maximum permitted stay. Plenty of nice parks nearby to walk the dog.

Perfect spot if you need to base near shops, banks, doctors etc for a few days. Walk into town across the bridge. Clean toilets, lovely park that you can right up to, flat surface. A bit busy as it isn't far off the main road but I didn't notice any noise.

Really only room for about 3-4 rigs if they are small. It is a shared area with car travelers and locals and the angle parking for cars also makes it awkward for us parallel parkers. The facilities are good with toilets and covered picnic tables and right on the river - no water taps around that I could find. It is a site where you need to get in early in busy times a it soon fills.
