Kin Kora Village Tourist & Residential Home Park

Caravan Park - Queensland

More than 20 years ago Monte first carved a logo into a tree on a desolate site in Gladstone, this was to become his trade mark for Kin Kora Village. So over grown the street wasn't even named which gave Monte the opportunity to name it Olsen Ave. Over the years the park has developed into a Tourist and Residential park offering a range of facilities for travelers coming to the Gladstone Region.  Its great location makes a perfect affordable way of retirement. There are many happy residence already enjoying the park but occasionally a home will become available so please call Monte for information on homes for sale. Today you will still find Monte running and managing the park giving that personal touch and local knowledge of the area.

Pet friendly for caravan and camping sites, dogs can exercise among the tall gums of the grassed area near the creek. A pool is located at the front of the park and is set in a tropical surround with a gazebo for that lunch or evening picnic. A large amenities block is centrally located with a laundry and disabled facilities.

Powered slab sites / drive through sites. Un-powered and tent sites are located in the grass area and they have the use of a camp kitchen with a large television. Barbecue area is centrally located near the amenities There is also a dump point for park guests.

The park has the added benefit of joining the golf club which is accessed over a creek bridge at the the rear of the park.

Helpful and friendly owners. Large spacious slabbed sights set in nice woodland. Aircraft noise more than acceptable; but being ex RAF, home away from home??. The only reason I could not give 5 star, was because of the facilities. Although immaculately clean, they were a bit tired and could do with some modernisation.

If you are like us and enjoy the occasional passing train and overhead plane in daylight hours, you will find this is the best CP in the Gladstone region. A big tick for the facilities, on site owner/management, location, large sites, shade, cleanliness and ambience. Hard to find fault with this park.
