There is a free camping area next to the roadhouse. The roadhouse offers meals, groceries, fuel and country hospitality. Here you will find toilets, water, picnic tables, BBQ's and dogs are permitted.

area has been expanded to cope with increased traveller numbers. usually only1 or 2, at this date. 9. toilet operational. food always good. fuel cheaper than Broken Hill

Stopped in rest area for lunch, did not stay the night, but did refuel. Rest stop has toilet and picnic tables, Has cheap fuel.

This free camp spot has new owner at the Roadhouse beside the site. She is very friendly and keen to make a go of the place. Has cold beer and good meals and fuel is cheaper than elsewhere at present.
