Bredbo Inn Hotel

Free Camping - New South Wales

Bredbo Inn Hotel is the perfect stop over on the Monaro Highway between Canberra and Cooma. We are close to the snowfields in winter and good fishing in summer.

Our recently renovated rooms have en suites, heating and television and our bistro has a mouth-watering selection of meals Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. Our recently renovated bar provides the perfect atmosphere to catch up and have a cold beer. Our bar also features TAB facilities.

If you are travelling with a caravan or you are camping, the rear of the hotel has grassed space available for caravans and campers with Ladies and Gents toilets and showers available for use inside the hotel. Availability of this area is not always guaranteed especially in peak season times so it is best to phone ahead.  Powered sites and plumbing not available for caravans.  Please note: camping is free however, a small fee is charged for the use of hot showers and toilets.

What a great pub. The publican is a real Aussie and well suited to his trade. He makes everyone feel special and welcome. It was Italian night in the restaurant so of course some pasta was ordered and enjoyed. There is a huge level area out the back suitable for all size rigs. I would not hesitate to return here if in the area again.

What a fantastic place to stop for the night. The pub has new owners. We had a very nice meal at the pub and would definitely stay there again. There is a huge area out the back for big rigs with oodles of room and the access is good.

We have just spent 3 nights here, leaving our caravan to explore the area. Steve and Lisa are great hosts. The Bistro food is very good. We ate there 2 nights and bought home made pies for the third night to take back to the caravan. The inn has a long history dating back to maybe the 1830's. The bar was relaxed on Thursday night when we arrived and buzzing on Friday and Saturday night. They do have a couple of powered sites although we were self contained. Excellent dump site nearby in Cooma with drinking water.

Great stop over, free camping but like most Hotels who are part of the Country Pub Camp group it is understood you will purchase a drink or two. We had a meal and you wouldn’t get better
