Island View Caravan Park in Kinka Beach has been around for more than 40 years. The current owners took over the business in 2013. Since then, the park has gone from strength to strength. In addition to offering accommodation for campers and caravan visitors, newly built cabins and cottages provide static accommodation for those who would prefer it.

Suitable for couples, groups and families, our selection of modern cabins and chalets is just the thing for holiday accommodation. Set in tranquil surroundings, each cabin contains everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We currently have three different classes of chalet on offer: superior, deluxe and standard.  Island View Caravan Park in Kinka Beach is where families visit from Rockhampton, Emu Park, Yeppoon and all over the Capricorn Coast. 

If you prefer to take your home with you, we provide pitches that have everything you need. All our pitches have a power source and water supply. For visitors who intend to spend a lot of time at their pitch, why not ask us about larger, shaded pitches? Campers and caravanners are able to use our modern, clean amenity blocks, as well as make use of the site’s laundry facilities, shop, pools and entertainment. Prices start at $42.00/night for up to two people. Under 3s stay for free. $10/night for each occupant aged 4 or more.

Great park, family owned and they will try and fix any problems you may have, Pet friendly and a great beach across the road to let them run around. one of our favourite places to visit Very clean park.

Our slab site was large and nicely shaded. TV aerial cable is supplied at each site providing excellent reception. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent park. Amenities have had a face lift and are clean. Family & adults only pool. Pet friendly games room. Great bbq area. Beach across the road. Good washing machines $4. Nice owners who are always improving park. would recommend staying

Nice park with lots of features. Great family running the park and very helpful. Rates don’t increase for school holidays.

LOVE this park, will return again when passing through next time. Arrived yesterday for 2 nights and already extended extra nights. Best time to arrive as this week is not as busy as the last few months, plenty of room for our 5th wheeler. Great family caretakers very helpful and accommodating.
