Also known as Hinches Beach, Mulwala campground offers free campsites for caravans, motorhomes and tents, and is perfectly positioned next to the mighty Murray River in Murray Valley Regional Park.
It's a popular place for family campers, with many groups returning to camp each year. And, because of its location within Murray Valley Regional Park, you can even bring your dog along. There’s lots of space to play games and run around, and there's plenty more to explore on your holidays.
You can explore the park on foot or on your bike or paddle the river in a kayak or canoe. Be sure to bring your fishing rod along – it’s a great spot to cast a line and in the warmer weather, the river is a good place to cool off.
The towns of Yarrawonga and Mulwala aren't far away if you need to pick up some supplies or want to take in the sights.
Activities: walking, road cycling, paddling, dog walking, picnicking, playing and socialising, swimming, fishing
