This free overnight rest is located well off the highway and has plenty of shade from the large trees.  It is situated on the banks of Sandy Creek.  It is a gravel based large area with plenty of room to turn your rig around.  Quite pretty actually.

Huge area off the highway with some shady spots. Local farmers use the access to their homes and drive through the campsite at a pace, so watch out for children and pets near the road through the camp area. It’s clean and people have used the bins. We enjoyed our stay here.
