This free overnight rest area is located beside the creek so it's a good place to try your luck fishing while you're here. It is mostly a gravel area with some grass on the fringes.
There are plenty of trees surrounding the area so there is some shade on offer. The only facility here is picnic tables and dogs are permitted.

A good solid granite base to park overlooking the bubbling creek with pretty flowering wattle & twittering birds. A rubbish bin & 2 tables with seats & you can throw a line in.
