Tripigy stayed here in 2015 and verified the facilities. The staff are friendly and the park is well kept with very clean amenities and grounds. It has fantastic views of the beach and it's a quick 1 minute walk to a variety of playgrounds, patrolled beach and the local surf club. There is a great walking track here as well. Definately recommend!

In Bundy this is always our first choice We’ve parked here many times, always good very enjoyable, clean tidy park, clean tidy amenities, very roomy sites, good access to shops, beach, yet not too close This time was mid June for 3 nights at $44.44 a night, 90% capacity, it was impossible to book in advance tried 4 consecutive days, on hold up to 20 minutes, the reception were unable to cope

There are not many caravan parks that have views of the water on the east Coast of Qld. This is one of them. This is a friendly park with loads of amenities and green grass. $28 a night for unpowered site for 2 people and $38 for powered (in February off peak 2018) A short walk to the patrolled beach and shops. Shopping centre is a couple of Km down the road. Short drive to Bundy. Turtle egg laying ia at Mon Repos from November to January. Hatched turtles from December to March (fee applies and you must book). Weekends get booked out quicker. Bagarra is a great place. When the new RV park is open in Bundy -stay there and take day trips (go early to get a park) out to Bagarra Elliot Heads and The Hummock. If you have the money in your budget -this is a nice place to stay.

We were disappointed with this park recently, having enjoyed it last October. The difference was it was overcrowded in peak nomad time. Sites are narrow and too close together and we were on sand with little or no grass, no slab. Grey water flows onto the sand which would not be a problem with larger sites or fewer caravans. Bargara Beach is a lovely spot but never again in winter.
