This is located opposite the Westmar Pub. The roadhouse has the usual fuel, convenience store, restaurant, takeaway meals. This is a free overnight rest area for self-contained vehicles. $10 PVPN for power.
Here you will find toilets with disabled access, hot showers and dogs are allowed.

This rest stop was a bit disappointing. There was no phone reception (Optus) The toilets and showers were dirty.
We also made an effort to support the Roadhouse and the food was overpriced, bowls club meals, at $18 & $24 you would expect them to be of a decent quality, which they definitely were not!

The Westmar campsite is across the road from the Roadhouse and was quite a surprise for such an isolated spot, providing toilets and showers. Fairly large area and pretty flat. There were some trucks using the area but could camp well out of their way. The roadhouse was pretty basic with supplies.

This campsite is well worth an overnight stop. The Roadhouse across the road serves basic meals, suitable for all size rigs, share with trucks, but not a problem.

You can also park up behind the Roadhouse. The area is flatter and when we were here not as crowded or having to share with trucks. But either place is OK.
