A large rest area & other than the surface is bitumen, it’s close to the highway & is easily accessed by large (millionaires) vehicles.
During the season it’s well used, though there is no water.
Stopped there three times, never been a problem. Though it is close to the railway line, but only one or two trains daily.

A good spacious area, flat at the front with bollards and a large dirt area behind. Wood for bbq use is supposedly supplied if you are lucky. Rubbish bins were overflowing today, not sure why campers could not carry rubbish away in this situation. Seems a popular overnighter.
