An extensive grassed area with play equipment that is used by a large number of families. Equipped with a sound shell, which is used throughout the year for popular events such as Sunset at the Soundshell, Carols by Candlelight, Christmas in the Park, Australia Day Celebrations and a number of school concerts.
The parking area is for self contained motorhomes and self contained caravans only. It is strictly free overnight stay only. It is unsealed with rows of trees for a bit of shade.

Great 24hr stay close to town. Plenty of space. Strictly self contained vehicles only. Let's support Kalgoorlie by keeping area clean and support local businesses ????

Nice large free 24hr rest area.

Convenient overnight stop in Kalgoorlie for self contained rigs. Area is fairly large and flat but dry and dusty red soil. There is limited shade and gets hot. There is often a vender selling coffee etc on the site. Nice park next door to relax in.
