Simon, Trish and our team at BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park, Albany, are proud of our park and of the stunning natural surroundings in which we live. We would be pleased to provide recommendations on the many attractions of the area, including food and wine, tours, swimming, diving and surfing, seasonal whale watching and great national parks.

Spend some time in the guest lounge overlooking the bay, or the recreation centre with pool table, table tennis and arcade games. Kids and adults alike enjoy the giant jumping pillow and adventure playground with soft fall, swimming in our solar-heated pool or relaxing in our enclosed, heated hydro spa. We also have excellent camp kitchen and barbecue areas in award winning gardens. Visitors to our park enjoy the beach for surfing, fishing, swimming and walking. On Christmas Eve, Santa comes on his big red fire engine to entertain the children and get your chocolate fix when the Easter Bunny visits with his basket of chocolate eggs on Easter Sunday.

This CP is a testament to owners who are engaged in their business. Beautifully maintained, managed and updated. At $54 P/W for 2 per night it's at the top end of CP costs on our 4 year journey, but you don't mind paying where you can see the benefit of the charge. Well staffed and located well for outdoor activities.

This is a very well appointed and maintained caravan park. The amenities areas and camp kitchens are very clean and provide all expected inclusions. Some sites may be difficult to access for larger rigs and the cost for a powered site ($46 per night for 2 adults 26th to 28th April '17) may discourage many.

A great park on the beach with everything you could wish for. Great fish n chips nearby, beautiful walks and area to explore and enjoy.

This is a very well appointed and maintained park. The facilities offered are second to none and are meticulously maintained. Some powered sites could prove to be a lttle tight for larger rigs and the relatively high cost (at $46 per night for 26th to 28th April '17) may be a disincentive for some.
