Goomeri Caravan & Bush Camp

Caravan Park - Queensland

Welcome to our little piece of paradise in the heart of SE Queensland country. We are located 3kms from the quaint little country town of Goomeri with other close by towns including Kilkivan and Murgon.

Our caravan and bush camp is the perfect setting for camping weekends or school holidays with your family and friends. We offer tent and caravan sites in a spacious setting nestled along the Nangur Creek.

You may choose to have a weekend away with your partner or come with a group of friends and family and spend the weekend bushwalking, birdwatching, campfire cooking and having fun. Great place for a quiet peaceful stay. The camp grounds are quite large & allows you to pick a secluded site or mingle with other campers. This was our second time there & they have added a wonderful rustic camp kitchen to the facilities. Can recommend this one !

This place is a bit deceptive from the farm road entry turnoff but when you travel the 2k to the camp site it is a WOW factor. A very large area mostly flat and you can camp well away from others. The toilets and showers are new and excellently maintained but the septic has trouble coping with about 50 rigs on site. Caretakers were extremely helpful and co-operative. There is plenty of walking tracks but the designated swimming holes were just dams. The creek was dry when we were there. There is phone and internet reception but marginal. This is a most relaxing place to just veg out and the price is right. Probably better to be self contained as the facilities can be a long walk from your camp site. There is now water to some sites but it is bore water. Will definitely return to this one.

Great spot for a few nights, green grass with showers and toilets available
Great spot for a few nights. Camp kitchen is great. Toilets are clean. Wide open space to park. Very relaxing and we'll be back

Great spot for the Kingfishers Chapter Meeting. Now looking green and lush after recent rain. Will return!
