Pretty overnight rest stop that is quite popular so get there early to camp on the bank of the Burnett River. It is a large, circular rest area so easy access for any size rig.
You will finds toilets, water, picnic table, fireplace, BBQ and rubbish bins.

Great facility, often stay here. Can be crowded so an early arrival in the travelling season I recommend.

This is quite a large rest area on the banks of the Burnett River with excellent facilities and much of historic interest with old railway memorabilia on display. Only drawback is large gums which could drop branches but it is possible to park away from these if not too crowded.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it is a great place to free camp for a night, but we had no phone coverage for Telstra and quite a few travellers on the highway drop in to use the toilets throughout the night.

Lovely flat area. Toilets so very clean and well maintained.
