Not the flashest, but it has everything including the best hosts ever. thanks to the Hosts Maureen and Peter. Park is quiet and clean.

For most of us this is the type of park we need, reasonably priced for a city, $27 per night when we stayed paid three night and got the fourth free. The managers are more than helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Value for money.

Good park with adequate amenities and price. Can be noisy from road noise and helicopters occasionally. Booked for 2 nights and stayed for 4.

Stayed longer that anticipated due to fridge problems. Managers very accommodating to our ever changing needs. Facilities dated but very clean. Large showers. ..not so squeezy. Park being updated over this coming low season. I hope price doesn't change too much. Quiet and peaceful.

Stayed o/n June 28th. JUST average, as long as you use the 2 RH streets. The RV behind us felt that there should be a sign on the street "WRECKING RV & CAR PARTS". The best thing going for them is that they have nice grassy $10.00 sites in the middle of Townsville. The rate for CMCA standard Powered Site is $27.00 PN.

The driveways around the camp are very bumpy - lots of small potholes. Toilets and showers ok - the white paint makes them look fresh and clean. There is a lot of road noise. Lots of permanent residents in run down vans. Don't think we'd return.

Good priced park for 7 day stay, $27 a night. Old amenities but clean

What a great park, friendly managers who bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. We went in on the CMCA Dollar Wise deal and was placed in a prime position under a tree for shade. Peter even told us to hook up to power to use the air con as it was so hot, without paying extra for it. As it turned out we didn't turn the air con on, but what a great bloke to offer it. Unfortunately we couldn't stay any longer but we really felt very welcome and would have loved too. We will certainly return.
