Warrego Hotel Fords Bridge

Private Campground - New South Wales

One of the last original mud brick hotels still in business, very clean, good meals & good coffee, great hospitality, large air conditioned rooms, cold beer, the Publican makes you very welcome.

The iconic Warrego Hotel was built in 1913 on the site of a Cobb & Co changing Station on the famous Bourke Hungerford Road.

The Warrego Hotel sees a passing tourist trade from March to September as the caravans & Motorhomes trek their way up north.

In-house accommodation consisting of 4 air-conditioned and carpeted guest rooms.

This accommodation is complemented by the camping and caravan sites adjacent to the pub.

One of the last original mud brick hotels left in Australia ex cobb & co change over spot, clean amenities, free camp available or payed accommodation. Good meals and coffee plus cold beer

the pub is quaint, bottle and can beer + spirits, wine etc. the publican is alone and quite ancient so the standards aren't quite where they should be. the free camp toilets & Showers haven't seen a clean for a very long time, couldn't get hot water to mens. it's unfair to blame the publican, he's past looking after something like that.
