A fabulous campsite for a few days with great shower facilities. Luckily we were there before one of the many music festivals. The town is a short walk across the picturesque river with great cafes and restaurants. Our 3 furkids loved it.

Overnighted in the showgrounds, which is on the other side of the river from the main town. Area was grassy and peaceful but with little shade. Toilets and showers were typical showgrounds but adequate, but there wasnt much shade. We had to pay and get the keys from the information centre but there were plans for an upgrade of the facilities and we havent been back since. Thought the price was top $ for what was provided at the time.

A fabulous place to stop with regularly cleaned amenities -hot showers. Within walking distance of shops and cafes.

We stayed overnight and found it to be very quiet, plenty of room, and lovely mown grass everywhere. The mosaic tables, benches, and toilet block wall were very artistic, and it is only a short walk into town.

There is a code to get into the toilets. All is clean and functional next to the delightfull river. The town is a bit like a shadow version of Byron Bay. Lots of alternate shops and people. A quirky interesting area.
