This free overnight rest area has some nice views. It has a circular gravel parking area with plenty of grassy areas. There is also shade on offer here. There are a couple of excellent information boards here as well.
Here you will find drop toilets with disabled access, picnic tables and dogs are permitted.

This is a small rest area on an intersection. Good stop for a cuppa or lunch - would not be my pick as an overnighter though.

This is a great place out in the bush for a nice peaceful stop over. There were six RV's camped the night. Whilst it is close to the road there was minimal traffic. The ground is on a slight slope so we used a set of wheel chocks. We would stay here again.
