Official 24 hour rest area at Lyndon River, Minilya, WA. Must be self-contained, limited facilities.
Flat bitumen base with limited shade. Facilities include drop toilets, bins, seating and dump point. Absolutely no water. Very weak Telstra reception (at night) but no Optus/TV.
Good campground for an overnight stay. Attractive setting alongside the Lyndon River. Reasonably quiet despite proximity to highway.

A lovely and spacious rest area and toilet. The dump point is located up the drive well away from the river. Shade and gravel based area. When approaching from the south, this area is below road level and out of sight. Pay attention to road signs, worth the trouble. The river was fast flowing and very full today after the rains.
