Bella Vista Holiday Park

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, we are located in Rosebud West on the Mornington Peninsula taking advantage of the wonderful activities of the surrounding area.  Whether you are in the mood for a day at the beach or simply wish to enjoy the local wineries, golf courses, sailing or hot springs, Bella Vista is in the heart of it all.

Bella Vista is ideal for families, as the beach is a stones throw from the park and traffic lights at the end of the street ensure children are able to cross safely to and from the beach.  Being on the bay, the water is calm, which is great for the little ones and camera friendly, whilst the shallow water ensures pesky jet skis are nowhere to be seen.  Older kids preferring a little more surf can follow the locals to the back beaches, only 10 minutes away.

But there is no need to rush out of the park; our stately gumtrees offer shade from the sun, an ideal setting to sit and read away the afternoon, and the undercover BBQ area is a great place to meet and talk with other campers over the sizzling hotplate!  Bird lovers can try their Dr. Doolittle skills with the resident budgies – who are thriving, with a couple of breeding pairs getting clucky.   Our latest arrivals are a family of chickens who have settled into park life quite well.  The daily egg collection is quite an event! 

Here at Bella Vista Family Park we offer both caravan sites and cabins to suit most family sizes and budgets.  The cabins have the capacity to sleep 5 comfortably, however some contain a foldout couch to accommodate an additional 2 people.  We suggest large groups are best to speak to us to ensure the best configuration.
