Pull up your caravan or pitch your tent for a night at the camp grounds. Powered sites are available for a small daily fee. Well mannered pets are welcome. It even has a herb garden!
The original Yelarbon Railway Station building has been relocated to the Recreation Reserve and now provides a meeting room for local groups and facilities for travellers including toilets, hot showers, laundry and tourist information. There is also some power on offer to travellers as well.
We have stayed here several times now and the place is awesome. Facilities are very clean. Would highly recommend.

A great stop. Well maintained stopover in a small community, short walk to shops, plenty of room, green grass, walk to the lagoon. Herb garden, coin operated laundry. Only thing you need to be aware of if you have a pump out toilet system the dump point is not suitable due to location but is ok for cassettes. Cost at $10 unpowered and $25 powered is very cheap. Maintained by volunteers. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet stop with powered sites, with water around the edge of the showground. $15night. Unnpowered $10night. Full laundry in shed. Honesty system. Can walk to the local pub for meals most nights (not Sundays).

Agree with previous comments. 15 powered sites and unlimited unpowered sites, but not really suitable for big rigs. Still $10 unpowered and $15 powered (honesty box) and great little facilities with showers, toilets and laundry. A little museum as well but not open when we were there.

This is just like a showground with 15 powered spots around the outside of the oval and virtually unlimited unpowered sites on the oval itself..
Rates are $10pvpn unpowered extra $5 for power put your money in envelope (supplied) in the honesty box.
Flush toilets nice showers (with their own handbasins) and even a neat little laundry with coin-op washer.
All very well maintained with some nice garden and lawn bits and of course heaps of room to run a dog. Apparently 24 hour limit.
Camps 9 gives it a tick and thats well-deserved. If you are heading north for winter definitely one to consider.
