Miners Camp - Coalseam Conservation Park

Located next to the Irwin River South, a tributary that flows into the Irwin River, Miners is the main camping ground in Coalseam Conservation Park. It is accessible by 2WD, 4WD and caravan. Two old coal mineshafts can still be seen near the camp ground, on the far side of the Irwin River. Please take care if walking or wading across the River and obey signs warning not to approach too close to the coal mineshafts.

Camp hosts are on site during the busy spring period.  There is a limit of 3 nights per stay between August and the end of October.  The campite site facilities include toilets and BBQs.  Camping Fees apply.
