Set right on the beach in Kingston Park (Tulukutangga), in an amphitheatre setting overlooking the crystal waters of Gulf St Vincent, our Adelaide caravan park with its central location (only 17 kms from the Adelaide CBD or 10 minutes from Glenelg), makes it the ideal location to sit back, relax and simply soak up our memorable beachfront location, or is the perfect base to explore everything Adelaide and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Our beachside caravan park offers a range of Adelaide accommodation options, from 2 bedroom Oceanview & Waterview Villas, both with direct ocean views, to open plan cabins. There is also a myriad of caravan and camping sites to suit all types of travellers. With a fully equipped camp kitchen, modern BBQ areas, clean amenity blocks and special access bathroom, we’re the perfect Adelaide caravan park for your relaxing family holiday. You can also feel the ocean breeze from any one of our cabins or sites!

During 2015, we will be extensively redeveloping the caravan park to offer an all-year round property for families to enjoy for many years to come. Some of the new facilities will include; a sparkling swimming pool with water-play area for kids, new accommodations, kids playground, BBQ areas, amenity blocks - one block will be refurbished, the other entirely replaced with a brand new building which will include amenities, laundry, camp kitchen, games room & undercover eating areas.

During peak periods we have introduced our Kidz Korner Activities Program - so the kids will be happily entertained & have loads of fun while mum/dad relax at the same time! The dates we run our activities varies so please contact us for more information.

Other new & exciting facilities available are; go karts, kayaks, SUP (Stand up Paddle Boarding), tennis (have a game of tennis on the courts in the adjacent reserve) or simply make new friends around the BBQ.

Great park. New facilities, right on the beach with great views. Level concrete pad site. A little tight to navigate through narrow roads but quite manageable with 7.2m motorhome. Walking distance to train station, Seacliff & Brighton (further away) beaches and cafes/restaurants.

All the old has been demolished and everything is brand new absolute 5 star. However the roads to the sites are extremely narrow and its difficult if you have a large rig or large van. Its right on the beach absolutely delightful. Dogs allowed off peak seasons. $40 per powered site for 2 adults per night and $5 per night per dog.
