Enter off Kent Street. Close to city centre and shops.

Great spot, close to lots of interesting things in town Centre & beautiful Queens Park. Maryborough is a wonderful town. Don’t forget to get a permit from Info Centre, security come around and check, helps us feel safe too.

What a great spot the Maryborough people should be proud of this area within easy walking distance to the shops, clubs and pubs. It is all bitumen and very well laid out. We will definitely come back here. It is only a short drive to the dump at the airport.

Great spot, handy to town centre, must get a free permit from information centre which is almost next door. A shower can be had at the swiming pool accros the road. toilets over the road as well.

Quiet area allocated at the back of the carpark. Nice carpark with trees and shrubs. Easy walk to the City Hall for the FREE. Walk around to the CBD. Great to access the Thursday Markets. So many heritage buildings to enjoy and the lovely Queens Park....relax by the river. There are 20 sites for 2 nights free stay.

A bitumen carpark with very little shade and no facilities including no tables or chairs is hardly conducive to a pleasant stay. I left my motorhome there while strolling around and shopping but didnt stay overnite as it is not particularly nice. It is the worst RV park I have visited and I suspect not many others stay there either. I saw a few vans drive in and drive right out. Not a good spot. Maryborough itself is worth visiting but find elsewhere to stay. I star is too high.

One of the best sites we have ever used. Walking distance to all the shops & supermarkets. Every Thursday, Maryborough has a market day and there are 1&1/2 blocks long. Great fruit & vegetables, plus all other market sellers. Well done, Maryborough.

Nice spot for an overnighter or two, must get permit from info centre one block away

Peaceful nights stay centrally located well maintained & supervised location. This historic town needs our support. Love the Mary Poppins traffic lights.

We live locally and have been amazed at the popularity of this camp. It is walking distance to Maryborough's Woolworths and shopping centre and CBD. Don't miss the daily 9am free guided town walks to learn all about Maryborough's heritage and beautiful buildings. Every Thursday morning is Market Day in Adelaide and Ellena Street. The markets have excellent cheap fresh produce. Every month there are free music and art events at Gataker's Arts Space 500m away in Kent Street. Make sure you pop in to the Gataker's Art Space Gallery to see exhibitions which change regularly. Larger rigs such as long caravans can park up alongside the mostly disused railway fenceline. Nice grassy area behind the parking bays. Toilet block over the road at the McDowell Car Park. 48hr free stay. If wanting to stay longer, check out the other camp 2km away at the airport which is $10 per night 7 night maximum stay including toilets, showers, water and dump point. These are exactly the calibre of camps

Has everything you need, a safe place to park and leave your RV and stroll to the shopping area with the added bonus that you can stay overnight.

This is a bitumen surfaced car park with a special area allocated for RVs and clearly marked so. Close to all shopping main street and the town swimming pool. There is room for around 20 vehicles but you must be self contained and if all sites were full there would be no room for awnings etc as marked bays are vehicle size only. There is some shade but most site are good for solar.

A strange situation. We turn up at the Info Centre on Sunday to get our permit at 4.00 pm. Info Centre closes at 1.00 pm - so no permit. No indication of alternate ways to get a permit, even outside the Info Centre or at the RV Stop. Ranger arrives - where is your permit? Embarrassing! Notwithstanding that, it was a good place to stay in our old home town.

Must get a permit from the information centre.

What a great place to stay and the local businesses are fully supportive of the grey nomads who stop there. I’d have no hesitations returning to Maryborough. The town is doing to tough but with an attitude of welcoming tourists it is certainly proactive. Queens Park is a drawcard and we enjoyed a leisurely walk around the town just looking at the history. Tomorrow they’ll be closing the main street for the weekly markets which is also going to be a relaxing few hours just plodding around. Well done Maryborough. We’ll be back.
