Situated in the hinterland of Byron Bay, Macas Campground features charm and natural tranquility. Even though this campground is tucked away in the secluded environment. great coffee and cosmopolitan cuisine are only a short drive away. Maca’s Camping Grounds is situated on a 300 acre property 25 mins drive from Byron Bay and a 10 min drive from Mullumbimby. Byron Bay is a world renowned holiday resort, whilst Mullumbimby has a more laid back feel. Mullumbimby is a hub for creativity and has an eclectic abundance of cafes and restaurants to satisfy your culinary desires with international cuisine, great coffee, and food made from home grown spray free and organic local produce. Our beautiful property, is situated in a sub tropical rain forest, offers low key camping , with the opportunity to relax and unwind under a macadamia tree, or gather chestnuts nuts to roast on your campfire. Or… if you’re feeling adventurous you can cycle or walk the lush rainforest or to the local store where you can get a fantastic old-fashioned burger. New to Camping?  We have tents to rent with inflatable mattresses, situated undercover, on a platform- complete with electricity, fridge, lounges and romantic tea lights.  ‘Glamp’ it up Maca’s style! Free Wifi is also available on the property. We are family friendly and well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Our pushbikes, kayaks and possibly the zip line (depending on availability) are all included free in your stay
