Wahgunyah Conservation Park is relatively undisturbed with long, windswept beaches, dunes, dense coastal mallee and coastal heath understorey. It is home to several bird species, kangaroos and wombats.

Don't forget to visit the adjoining Far West Coast Marine Park which is a critically-important breeding and calving area for the endangered Southern Right whale and a popular whale watching destination.

Camp out under the stars on the beach. A wonderful fishing spot, you can enjoy reeling in a mulloway or Australian salmon, or simply relax on one of the spectacular sandy beaches. This beach campground has no shade or protection from the wind and has unallocated camping for up to 5 vehicles. Access: 2WD and 4WD. Suitable for: tents and camper trailers. Facilities: nil. Campfires: allowed (seasonal fire restrictions apply). Number of campsites: unallocated - maximum 5 vehicles. Electricity: unpowered.
