Whether you’re a family looking for some fun and open spaces, or mature-age adventurers, there’s a range of activities to do at Lake Moogerah. Or … absolutely nothing except soak in the view if that’s what you prefer!


We offer powered and unpowered camping sites and cabins.

Drove 20 odd Ks from bottom of Cunningham Gap to get there - find they Don't like Dogs! so could not stay the night. ( 2 Ks was on very rough unsealed road). Other access via Boonah is good roads - only one steep pinch. Narrow road access to first enter park then lift up barriers (need a pin code to get in and out). Our RV and towed car is about 50 feet long - could not U turn out of reception area so had to ask for a code to get in and then get out! Some trees over roadways are very low - maybe suit caravans only as we could not go under them roadways in the grassed areas were narrow tight cornered rough and in parts almost non existent. Reception seemed to carry only a few grocery essentials that I could see. Would not take our large setup there again and would not recommend to big rigs unless you first have a walk around to see if you can get it in and then out again. Perhaps best suited to medium caravans and tents - pricing seemed high and no pets policy like many other

Campground in non powered areas with lots of open space with water taps around. They gave a seniors discount on top of the CMCA discount so unpowered site was $14. Helpful staff but the camp ground is used a lot by water skiing groups who were quiet and abided by Curfews imposed re noise.

Very nice park, well run. They do not give seniors or CMCA member any discounts. Very few powered sites. Only 50 sites are available, (could be due to Covid).

There is no laundry facility on site, but listed in CMCA app.

Arrived at 5 pm on a Sunday and the gates were locked. There was no phone service at the gates and the phone numbers on the sign didn't answer when we called. We had to drive back to town to overnight stop. Really shocking service guys.

Was told cmca disc only applies to powered sites. Fire pits and room to move we thought this a lovely spot - esp great if you have a boat or yak. Muddy water with lots of weed but kids still swam.
