Clean open space. Didn’t notice road noise. Trains pass close by but are not annoying. Excellent steak and veggies from Amy in dining room.

Very noisy and trains all night. Would not recommend unless no other option

Friendly staff. The results of the dry weather are obvious. There is a fenced off area currently irrigated by recycled waste water but even where that is occurring there are large areas of bare ground.
