Plenty of good level sites for all size vehicles even towing a car

Still closed April 2021. White Hart Hotel has good camping behind pub.

It has toilets but no showers and are showing their age. They seemed to be cleaned regularly. Pretty spot about 100 m north of the bridge on eastern side if the road. 100m south is the White Hart Inn and what passes for a shopping strip. About 2 km north to a dollar wise CMCA park, and 1 km to the other pub, the Royal Hotel. It is said to be an “an overnight stop”, which seems to translate as 24 hour limit. The sign on the gate to the oval says “no dogs on oval” which I take to mean that they are allowed on this side of the fence. There is a prohibition on grog, possession or consumption. I would suggest that’s means out in public. What goes on in your in your own home is unseen. Lots of room for all size rigs if parked sensibly. I would guess at 30 to 40 sites of varying sizes and shapes.

Still shut due to COVID-19. Try the White Hart Hotel down the road a bit. They have a free camping area, cold beer and nice meals. Nice place to stay.
