This is a lovely free overnight rest area located on the banks of the Maranoa River. Turn off the highway and drive approx. 500 metres on the dirt road to reach the campground.
Here you will find drop toilets, picnic tables and you can launch your boat from the banks of the river. Dry weather access only.

Nice quiet spot beside the river fair bit of room in around the trees can be busy

Lovely quiet campsite beside the river, not many flat spots so get there early.
