Karumba Point Sunset Caravan Park is an ideal  destination for tourists who love to explore and want to experience all that the Gulf of Carpentaria offers with the beach, fishing spots, birds life, millions of stars at night, shopping and local hotel being only a short distance away. The Park offers villas, cabins, plenty of shady powered and unpowered sites, air-conditioned on-site caravans and a sparkling swimming pool. There are two amenities blocks, laundry facilities,  a fish cleaning area and dump points.

The Park staff are there to help the guests with everything from parking the van to helping with information or make any tour bookings required. Nature abounds in the area and the bird watching is as popular as the fishing and crabbing

This is the better Caravan Park in the town. It is in a great location and the facilities are good and clean. Can be busy so bookings suggested. They are very friendly and helpful and have different dinner nights that are cheap and good. Would recommend it if you are going to Karumba.

Best park of the four. A drink at the Tavern at sun set is a must, but get there early.

Agree with previous reviews. Neat and tidy park in great location. Ash’s does outstanding fish and chips and the Stop Shop cafe and supermarket also does excellent food. Great sunsets, makes up for the fish not biting

Great place. Excellent facilities and has all the services. Real outback but with the comforts. Good sites and cabins and villas clean and good size. Amenities are spotless. Very busy around April to October so you have to book early to get in. When we drove in the guy helped us siting the van and was very helpful about the area etc. This is one of the best parks we have been in while travelling around Aussie. Price is good value for money. There are two other parks in town but they are nowhere near as good as this one. Location here is brilliant. Right on the beach at the point. Would recommend to anyone. Ian and Joan
