The Four Seasons Holiday Park is one of the largest Busselton Accommodation locations and is set on 22 acres of land among the shade of old peppermint trees, with large, open-grassed areas - an extremely peaceful setting for getting away from it all. The relaxing, tranquil atmosphere has been described by many as a country hideaway in a beachside setting.  We are pet friendly as well!

Our On-Site Caravans can accommodate 2 to 6 people and are all equipped with an annexe to provide extra living space and shade during the summer.

Our fully self contained beach-side rustic cottages are complete with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 to 8 people. They are the perfect getaway for families or small groups, whether it’s for a weekend, a week or even a whole month

Approximately 50 powered sites are scattered around the park, all in grassed and shady locations with plenty of room for everyone. The benefit of being such an established park is that we have plenty of perennial trees that cast ample shade over your site.

All sites are close to our amenities, complete with baby bath, laundry, washing machines and dryers. Clotheslines are also situated in the park close to the laundry facilities.

Approximately 50 non-powered sites are also available for those who enjoy camping under the stars in a safe, beautiful environment. Most sites are grassed or in bush setting, which lends itself to the real camping experience. For those who enjoy the more rugged camp out, we have the ultimate sites.

We have 2 BBQ areas and a Campers Kitchen.

Stayed here for 5 wonderful nights. Power and water caravan sight for 2 is almost the cheapest we have stayed at in our 4.2 years of travelling this continent. Lovely large, green grassed sights ( apparently owner is OTT about his grass), quiet and almost equidistant from Busselton and Dunsborough. 300m walk to the gorgeous beach. Pity we will probably only pass this way once.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of Feb & had no issues. Park facilities are older but were always clean & tidy. Sites are reasonable sizes. Convenient location to a lot of interesting places to visit.

At $35 for a lovely large grassed site this park has been one of the best value CP's weve stayed at on our 4 year journey so far. Quite, spacious, beautifully maintained and handy to many wonderful tourist attractions. Staff have been efficient and helpful. Enjoyed it immensely.

We stayed here for one week. Cost was $30 a night but not really worth it as water to vans is only bore water plus we had a day without power. Someone also turned the pump off to the water and we had several hrs without water. The only town water was from either of two amenities blocks which were along way from where we were parked.
