My wife and I did a tour of the wheat-belt area and ended up at Ellendale Pool camp-ground. What a lovely place on the way in you can stop at the wind farm and read the info board the campground offers very clean amenities. The pool is very pleasant but please be aware of the water in the warm weather, please pay fees at the honesty box.

We travelled to Ellendale pools from Arrino siding using the dirt back roads. These roads are in good condition and our motorhome ( VW van ) had no problems and we found lots of wildlflowers on the way. We stayed here 2 nights and it was very peacefull with only the bird songs to keep us company.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Lovely camp areas flushing toilets, dump point and no drinking water. Road in is gravel but good.
