Clean and tidy. Narrow drive through spaces - not enough room to put up your annex if someone was in the space beside you , but would only affect you if it was busy as they only placed vans every second space as people arrive. Being close to the major roads and near a large truck stop there is the constant rumble of trucks in the background.
