The showground offers camping for self contained motor homes and caravans only. Sorry, no tents. They offer powered and unpowered sites. Facilities include toilets, water, showers. Dump point available ONLY to those staying at the showgrounds.

Power setup is via new power boxes and was quite simple. Overnight / short stay area is level and well grassed, toilets and showers are a bit of a hike but very clean. Pretty close to shops, for us, an ideal and relatively quiet night.

Unless things have changed since last visit (2013) camping sites are randomly located around arena as are water taps. If power required only option (as advised by manager ) was to remove heavy steel inspection plate on floodlight towers and access 10amp outlet located within amongst wiring and transformers etc for lights. Not recommended . Ok for an overnighter.

We stayed December 2020 this place is certainly not worth the cost of $35.00 powered & $27.00 unpowered 2 adults per night. We will not be back.
