This free camping area is located on the banks of the Murray River. It is a great place to take a swim or do some fishing. It is quite scenic so it's great for photo buff's as well.

It is bush camping with plenty of shade on offer from surrounding trees. There is a boat ramp located in the day use area.

There is a total of 22 sites and most of them have a picnic table and fireplace with BBQ plate.

The Barmah Lakes area has toilets, fireplaces and tables.

Dispersed camping is permitted elsewhere along the river, with basic facilities at Ulupna Island.

Beware of camping under trees, as River Red Gums drop branches without warning

Big campground on banks of Murray River and Lake Barmah. Suitable for big rigs. Unsealed access road, a bit corrugated but OK in 2WD. Tables, fireplaces (not official), long drop toilets. Access to River and lake across low bank, bit muddy. Boat ramp not far away.
