This crossing now has the reputation as being one of the most toughest crossings on the southern part of the Overland Telegraph Track. Positioned approx 4klms from Bramwell Junction, the entry can be steep while the original entry out has deteriorated to the point of not being accessible, another entry has been cut and it too is just as hard with most vehicles needing to be winched out. If the track is wet it can become impassable.
Camping for a number of vehicles is available on the northern side on a flat shady area. No facilities are available.

We didn't camp here but it was the first crossing we did and was challenging - we took road to the right and while the entry and exit were still steep we got up with no winching required.
